JUSTIN Heaven, centre, owner of York costume hire business Fantasy World, celebrates the opening of his new store at Ossett, West Yorkshire, with Emma Storry and Roger Taylor, both of Langleys solicitors, who negotiated a real-world deal on the premises. Emma, solicitor with Langley's commercial team, said that on behalf of Fantasy World, a three-year lease was negotiated with an option to purchase the freehold interest of the premises in Wakefield Road.
Justin said: "After trading in York for more than 25 years we were looking for the right premises in which to expand the company.Having premises just right in terms of size and layout is important."
