The conference, which is to be held at the Pavilion Hotel, Fulford, York, will comprise two sessions, both of which will feature speaker Ian Atkinson, of Age Concern. Mr Atkinson will talk to an invited audience about the new government rules on assistance for people hit by the costs of nursing care.
