PERHAPS Mr Tumilty ('The Way of Islam', October 11) could give a list of fundamental, ie, orthodox, Muslim countries in which women now have the vote he says they have had for 1400 years. In Saudi Arabia, the most Westernised Muslim state, women are not even allowed to drive.
