THE restoration of an ancient York hall has had its 21st anniversary celebrated.
Bedern Hall, which has stood in the city since 1370, when it was built as part of the College of Vicars Choral, was restored in 1971.
The anniversary was marked with a dinner hosted by the three guilds who use it as their Guildhall.
The Gild of Freemen, the York Guild of Building and the Company of Cordwainers were joined by the city's civic party.
