THERE are many voices telling Terry Dolan to go. Maybe they are right, maybe not.
I am not sure that it would serve any purpose at this time if he did. I am sure that the mindless chanting and booing towards the end of the Macclesfield game serves absolutely no purpose whatsoever.
The football was not the best we have seen, but it was as good, or bad, as Preston and Manchester City played last weekend. What could not be faulted was the effort and commitment of the players. It surely cannot help York City's cause for them to have to put up with such rubbish from a relatively small minority of so-called supporters. I suspect that there are just a few stirring up the rabble.
So, I say to these pathetic morons, if you have something to say, say it through the press or after the game. Don't ruin it for me, who travelled 200 miles to see it, and the many other true supporters who do not wish to be associated with such antics.
