JESPERS, the commercial and private stationers of York and Harrogate has given itself a 100th birthday present by being declared a runner-up in the BOSS Industry Awards,
The firm earned the number two spot for Dealer Excellence in the £3 million to £20 million turnover category in the office products and business supplies industry competition.
The winners were announced before 650 guests at The Hilton in London with Scottish company Langstane Press Ltd winner of the overall category.
Peter Jesper, director of Jespers and the man in charge at Harrogate, said: "Jespers was praised by the judges for its excellence in the way it invests in its more than 50 local staff in terms of training and teamwork in achieving business goals."
