AN 18-year-old man today appeared at York Crown Court charged with the murder of David Williamson.
James William Payling, of Kirkgate, Ripon, had his case adjourned for a plea and directions hearing on April 19.
Mr Williamson's body was found on a roadside close to his home in Sutton-on-the-Forest last March.
Payling's barrister, David Bradshaw, made no application for bail and he was remanded in custody.
