THREE times in the last month I have had to manoeuvre quickly to avoid pedestrians walking in the dark on Wigginton Road, the B1363. If you are dazzled by oncoming traffic you have little time to avoid them.
Is it not time the road was widened and a cycle lane put in between Wigginton and the railway crossing? I am sure many cyclists have had near misses on this stretch of road.
