WITH Frog Hall changing to a fast food place, would it not be a good idea for the long-term future to demolish the whole industrial site at Layerthorpe and build one and two bedroom houses, similar to those of Aldwark?
The factories and businesses would be better off moving to new sites at Clifton Moor or other out-of-town areas. This would tidy up this scruffy area and make it a place where people can live close to the city centre.
