NEW movement restrictions have been put in place on cattle herds that have missed a six or 12 month TB test carried out after the lifting of movement restrictions from a previous TB incident.
The new restrictions apply in annually tested parishes and are expected to affect around 1.5pc of herds, totalling around 1,000 herds.
