=Doncaster starts a two-day race meeting tomorrow, but top northern trainer Mary Reveley is casting her net further afield.

She sends a bunch of fancied horses to Newbury.

These include Hidden Bounty in the Johnny Haine Memorial 'Hands and Heels' Conditional Jockeys' Novices' Handicap Hurdle.

This six-year-old, who carries the colours of Malton owner Maurice Foxton, ran in his first handicap at Huntingdon last week and scored a decisive victory.

Raised 12lb in handicaps from this Saturday onwards, Hidden Bounty makes a quick reappearance tomorrow under a 7lb penalty, which effectively makes him 5lb 'better-in' than he'll be in future.

With smart young rider Patrick Aspell in the saddle, Hidden Bounty will be hard to beat and has my Nap vote.

Reveley and Aspell have other good chances of winning at Newbury tomorrow.

Carrick Troop, unluckily brought down last time, has decent claims in the TFM Cyntergy Handicap Chase, while the RPS Group Handicap Hurdle offers Konker the opportunity to get back on the winning trail.

At Doncaster, Through The Rye bids for a quick hat-trick of wins in the South Yorkshire Handicap Hurdle.

Trained near Darlington by Edwin Tuer, who has Trade Dispute and Bula Rose lined-up for the Cheltenham Festival in a couple of weeks' time, Through The Rye has won twice recently at Sedgefield and Musselburgh.

The six-year-old can oblige again under regular rider Graham Lee.

King's Bounty, another horse on top form, looks good for the Wadworth 'National Hunt' Novices' Hurdle.

Tim Easterby's six-year-old showed a good attitude when winning at Newcastle a fortnight ago and looks to be a horse on the upgrade. He can defy a penalty.

Tomorrow's meeting at Kelso was abandoned today because of snow and waterlogging. There are two inches of snow on the course and it was snowing and sleeting there today.

Tomorrow's tips:

2.10 Lord Joshua, 2.40 Irish Hussar, 3.10 Carrick Troop, 3.45 Hell-Of-A-Shindy, 4.15 Konker, 4.50 Hidden Bounty (Nap), 5.25 Tubber Roads.

2.00 Nouveau Cheval, 2.30 King's Bounty, 3.00 Nephite, 3.30 Belisario, 4.05 Through The Rye, 4.40 Nosam, 5.15 Flossy Tops.
