Golden Slipper 'A's 6-3 win over Victoria Vaults 'A' included a good 24 darts from Roz Kerr, while Three Tuns had only Steve Knights getting the winning double at Leeman 'B'.

Bay Horse 'A' are York Atlas Auto Services League division one champions after an 8-1 win at Slipper.

Their nearest rivals, Clifton 'A', lost to Escrick SC, who raced to a 3-0 lead with an 18 darter from Andy Thompson.

Clifton drew level with Martin Waddington and Neil Hart each recording 20 darts. Nevertheless, Thompson combined with Steve Limbert (180) to take the ninth game decider.

Tap had their match won within six games against Clifton 'B', whose Alan Smith was their only singles success.

Sam Pearson (21) was Mitre's best but they lost 7-2 to Volun-teer, whose Paul Dixon stood out with a superb 16 darter.

Vic Reed (21) got Woolpack off to a fine start before Sam McCracken notched a splendid 17 darter. All square after the singles, Cygnet took all the pairs and the extra point.

Crescent 'A's Mal Muncaster had a brilliant 17 darts before the last pairing, John Clemit-Steve Lane, secured the title-winning victory for Cygnet.

A fine display saw Ebor beat Woolpack 6-3, whose Dave Cormack threw a 180 and Mags Handy checked on 102.

Acomb moved second with a superb 8-1 win over closest rivals Huntington 'A'.

Stan Isaac (21) inspired Crescent 'B' to victory over Howden, while Burton recorded an excellent 7-2 win.

Division three champions Huntington 'B' had Rob Smith in 21 dart form against Post, while John Quantock and Brian Allan combined to seal Six Bells a 5-4 victory and high scores from Phil Good helped towards the aggregate point.

Roger Pirrie's 20 darter was best for Leeman, while a 180 for 21 darts from Matthew Oates helped Jackdaw to a 6-3 victory over Indoor Bowls.
