REGARDING the phoney 'controversy' between Kar Kultists and sane cyclists. Everyone dislikes 'passive smoking'. What about 'passive motoring', ie., being subjected to filth, lead and carbon monoxide without being asked?
Professor Derek Bryce-Smith (Organic Chemistry, Reading University) proved more than 20 years ago that children sustained brain damage from leaded petrol yet this poison is still on sale.
Cars kill, cyclists don't - 'nuff said.
