PLANS for GNER to turn the old signal box at York Station into a coffee shop and passenger lounge sound very interesting.
However, will there be easy access for people with disabilities? Will they, at the very least, have these facilities at ground level?
Of course, the latter segregation would be as wrong as any inaccessibility to the fascinating proposed new ones "on the bridge".
