DUCK SICK are feeling anything but ill after winning Round One, Heat 11 of the Fibbers/Evening Press Battle of the Bands 2002 in York.
The local heavy metal/punk band defeated runners-up Bobby Sixkiller, a Leeds group with a French vocalist, and wild-card entrants Thee Virus House, from York, at Fibbers.
