Construction activity in the Yorkshire region, which last year dipped by one per cent, is expected to pick up over the next three years, according to a report out today. Construction Forecasting and Research (CFR) predicts that building activity in the region will increase by two per cent this year, achieve three per cent next year and rise to four per cent by 2004.
