I WAS very impressed by Chief Supt Lacy's article on 'Crime in this city' (Evening Press, May 3), his honest way of putting it across and the many ways neighbourhoods can contribute and work with community groups and the police.
Crime affects us all.
We must try to work together and help each other.
Attend your local residents' association and join in to develop a better future for people who wish to settle near you in a happy society.
Is it possible for this to happen, or am I asking too much?

Benedict Road,
