AN early user of the Malton and Norton skatepark now knows all about the highs and lows of sport. One moment he was a soaring to the top of the ramp; the next he needed first aid after an unhappy landing.
No doubt he will follow David Beckham's lead and be back as soon as his injuries have healed.
This mishap should not detract from the opening of the skatepark. It is an excellent facility for young people, and the Evening Press is delighted to have joined so many others in helping to make it a reality.
