Rugby league fans are reminded there will be a meeting tonight at Huntington Stadium regarding the bid to get a new professional York club into the Rugby Football League next season.
The likely chief executive of the proposed new club, Steve Ferres, will introduce himself to supporters and outline the progress made in the bid, including the business plan which is to be sent to the RFL this week.
He will also be happy to field questions.
The meeting starts at 7pm in the stadium bar. All are invited.
