FANS seeking entry to the first annual general meeting of the York City Supporters' Trust on Monday must be in possession of their membership card.
The meeting, at the Grand Opera House in York, is open to all members of the Trust although supporters who joined the fans' group after April 2 will not be eligible to vote for any resolutions.
The AGM, starting at 7pm, will be followed by a fans' forum.
City chairman John Batchelor, chief executive Keith Usher, manager Terry Dolan, coach Luther Blissett and newly appointed director Nick Townend will be in attendance to answer questions.
BBC Look North presenter Harry Gration will chair the question and answer session, which is exclusively for Trust members.
The agenda for the AGM is as follows:
1 discuss the role of the Trust; 2 review the financial position of the Trust;
3 appointment of Robinson & Co as auditors;
4 resolution regarding Trust representatives as directors of the club;
5 Trust board election results;
6 any other business.
Members will be able to buy videos, priced £5, of the Trust's February's launch event at the Barbican.
Trust T-shirts and other merchandise will be on sale.
Doors open at 6pm.
