HOW much did it cost to install the parking meters, white lines and the parking charge signs on Lawrence Street? And how much money have they taken from the meters?
It was a good parking area for Walmgate and shopping in the city, but now both sides are devoid of cars all day and every day.
Can the person who devised the scheme be named?
Will he or she be made to pay the cost of this folly or be given a bonus for moving cars away from Lawrence Street?
