Shepherd's Purse Cheeses, near Thirsk, is facing a huge bill after being banned from using the name feta. That can only be used by certain Greek manufacturers, Europe insists.

We cannot stand for this nonsense. Until these bureaucrats come to their senses, Britain must ban every Greek cheese-maker from producing Cheshire, Red Leicester and - most importantly - Wensleydale.
