York City's open day at Bootham Crescent on Sunday has been postponed.
On-going work at the ground has forced the club to delay the event at which supporters will be able to meet City's first team squad, manager Terry Dolan and his backroom staff and the first team.
The open day was being run in conjunction with the York City Supporters Trust. A new date for the open day will be announced soon.
Bootham Crescent is under-going a facelift and the new entrance gates have already been completed along with a large amount of painting.
The Trust, meanwhile, will be present at Haxby Carnival on Saturday. Representatives from the fans' body will be manning a stall at the event at the Ethel Ward Playing Fields from 1pm. City mascot, Yorkie, will also be attending the event.
