A FUND-RAISING meeting will be held tonight at Huntington Stadium, starting at 7pm, to discuss ways to make money for the new York RL Club.
Anyone who can contribute or help out in, or who would like to be involved in fundraising in any way, are urged to attend. All are welcome.
Fans need to raise £75,000 before August for the new club to be able to play in the Rugby Football League.
It is planned for most of that money to be raised through sales of club membership at £250 per year, which will include free admission for the member plus accompanied child, match-day benefits and city-wide discounts. Other fundraising initiatives will be discussed tonight.
"This is your chance to make it happen," said supporters' trust leader Gary Hall.
