A 21-YEAR-OLD man today appeared before York Crown Court on charges relating to a forklift vehicle that was involved in a police chase through the streets of York.
Raymond Anthony Wilson, of no fixed address, is accused of taking the vehicle without consent and faces three charges of causing criminal damage to police and civilian vehicles, being reckless as to whether life would be endangered.
His case was adjourned until November 4 and he was remanded in custody.
