MONKS Cross Shopping Park closed for more than two hours today because of a power cut.
The power cut at around 2.30pm meant the all of the 32 shops along with four restaurants had to close.
A spokeswoman for Northern Electric said the power went off just after 2.30pm and was restored at 3.40pm. The cause of the power cut was an underground cable fault.
A spokesperson for the park said: "Monks Cross Shopping Park apologise for any inconvenience caused to our customers."
