Rufforth gained an unlikely Leeper Hare York and District League premier division point when they grabbed a dramatic equaliser with five minutes left at Osbaldwick - courtesy of an own goal.

It was no surprise when Lee Bond thumped home a right-wing cross to put Osbaldwick into the lead two minutes before the break.

Osbaldwick took command in the second half and although they were unable to increase their lead one goal looked to be enough until events took a dramatic twist 20 minutes from time.

A defensive error forced Rufforth's last line of defence, Julian Todd, into bringing down an opposition forward leaving the referee with no alternative but to send him off.

This setback brought new life to Rufforth and they took the game to Osbaldwick and grabbed an equaliser. Jim Collins struck a low cross from the right corner flag and James Bonarious sliced the ball into his own net.

Dunnington managed to pull one back when Mike Walker scored in the 85th minute but Nick Cass responded immediately to restore The Factory's four-goal advantage.

Dringhouses beat Huntington 4-2. Joe Gaughan and Neil Ducey twice put 'Houses ahead, only for Paul Fawcett and then Jack Wilson to pull Huntington level.
