THIS imposing lot will be taking theatre fans back to their schooldays when Dringhouses Dramatic Society presents its latest production.
Daisy Pulls It Off follows the efforts of super-achiever Daisy Meredith to overcome her poor background and find acceptance in the confines of a snobby ladies' school.
Denise Deegan's comedy is presented by the society at St James the Deacon Church hall, in Thanet Road, Dringhouses, this week. It opened last night and continues until Saturday.
Tickets for the 7.30pm performance cost £4.50 each, senior citizens £4, children £3, and they are available on the door or from Duncan Savage, phone 01904 653181.
