A MAN who dumped a badly-injured prostitute in a skip could strike again, police warned today.
Carol Ives, 63, was found suffering hypothermia in a skip in Myton Street, Hull, at the weekend. She had suffered appalling injuries.
Police are treating the attack as attempted murder - and have disclosed that whoever dumped her may also have put the lid down on the skip afterwards.
Detective Superintendent Paul Davison said: "It shows this person felt they were dealing with a piece of rubbish and I'm worried that they are capable of doing it to someone else."
