Book lovers in York are urged to help Oxfam keep its literary stocks high as the festive season approaches.
"We're desperate for books at the moment and we would really appreciate anything anyone can spare," said an Oxfam spokesman. Anyone who would like to donate books should drop them in at an Oxfam shop or bookbank.
