WE were delighted to read Graeme Robertson's review of the York Theatre Royal Caf Bar (November 30) and would like to reassure customers there is indeed a wheelchair lift to the raised level.
We also would like customers to know that The Studio, our popular, second performance space, will be refurbished next spring.
The re-opening in March will offer improved wheelchair access, soundproofing and retractable seating.
Other access facilities we offer include signed and audio - described performances, audio brochures, large print brochures and touch tours.
