Kelly Fisher was in constant pain with tennis elbow as she beat Belgian Wendy Jans 4-1 in the PowerHouse UK Ladies Snooker Championship final at York's Barbican Centre today.

Fisher, who won her 12th consecutive ranking event in retaining the UK title, was in so much pain before the final that she almost didn't play. But she took pain-killing tablets and battled on despite her right elbow being sore all the time.
