Oaklands School in York will be completely closed tomorrow to allow emergency repairs to the heating system to continue.
All pupils are now being asked to stay away.
Any parents with serious problems about having their children at home over the next few days should contact the school on 01904 782727.
The school is scheduled to re-open and be back to normal on Monday (December 16) but parents are being advised to follow media bulletins.
