AND there you have it. A taxi driver, CP Hird, wants York's traffic problems sorted by sweeping traffic cuts and whatever else (December 10).
This is the attitude of every driver on York's roads. It is always someone else's journey that has to be chopped.
When will York motorists get it into their heads that they are the problem they moan about.
Professional drivers in general, and taxi drivers in particular, have the lowest standards of driving on the highways.
All CP Hird wants (and I suspect the rest) is for the roads to be cleared so they can ply their trade unhindered.
Selfishness in the extreme.
