THIS knight in armour is the latest recruit to the York City Knights outfit - but the name of the conscript depends on you.
The Knights are asking Evening Press readers to suggest names for the cartoon mascot, which will adorn some Knights' merchandise and match programmes and be used in marketing and to promote rugby league in York schools.
And whoever suggests the chosen name will win one of the new Knights polo shirts, which went on sale from the club this week.
All suggestions should be sent to Peter Martini at the Evening Press on email (to peter.martini@ycp.co.uk) or on a postcard to Sports Desk, York Evening Press, 76-86 Walmgate, York, YO1 9YN. They will be passed on to the club, who will decide the winning entry.
The deadline for suggestions is noon on Friday, December 20.
