DR CAMPBELL in his usual style is having a cheap dig at the council employee who delivers his black bags (Letters, December 17).
He states that the bags are not fully pushed through his letterbox thus creating a sign for would be burglars.
I hope Dr Campbell also berates the postman who probably leaves mail sticking out, or the paper lad who probably leaves the paper sticking out, or the various charity organisations that leave donation bags in the letterbox or worse still on the doorstep!
Rather than bite the hand that feeds you, Dr Campbell, count yourself very lucky that the council provides your area with free black bags considering the uproar your area caused when wheelie bins were offered to you a couple of years ago!
