A LONG-standing feature of York's landscape is rapidly disappearing from view.
The RR Donnelley building, which used to be a prominent feature in Boroughbridge Road, will soon be gone as the demolition process continues.
The factory is making way for a new development which will include almost 300 homes as well as office space.
The printing company has been a major employer and a contributor to the city economy since Victorian times.
It moved to a new site at Flaxby Moor, near Knaresborough, last year.
