I WRITE on behalf of the children, women and staff to thank your readers and your newspaper for the very kind donations to York Women's Aid. We were amazed at the quality of toys and gifts.
Christmas is not an easy time for the women and children in the refuge, however, the kindness shown by your readers and yourselves made Christmas very special for us all.
