LANES will be closed from Monday on the A64 at Copmanthorpe for minor roadworks to complete an improvement scheme in the area.
The work includes some white lining and repairs to surfacing following a vehicle fire on the A64 near the golf club. A CCTV survey of all new and existing drainage systems will also be done to ensure that there are no blockages.
Lanes will be closed during off-peak hours on either carriageway of the A64 between the Askham Bryan interchange and the railway bridge, between 9.30am and 3.30pm.
The work should be completed by Friday.
