CREATIVE students at a York school have won a national competition for the second time in a row.
Pupils at Bootham School have won the Stationers' Cup for printing excellence presented by the London Guild of Stationers and Newspaper Makers.
Bootham's printer in residence, Frank Caine, said: "The winning entry included both traditional printed items along with more avant-garde design ideas using the latest IT equipment.
"I think the judges were most impressed with the range of skills displayed by the students."
Headmaster Ian Small said: "It is a great honour for the school to win this national competition and it reflects well on both the enthusiasm of the pupils and the dedication of the staff."
