YOU would have thought that Knights powerhouse Gareth Lloyd and Dewsbury half-back Scott Rhodes were perhaps celebrating a try together judging by the way they embraced in this photo.
But in fact the snap, taken by Evening Press photographer Mike Tipping, shows Rhodes leaping on the big Knights centre to tackle him.
Of course, the duo have a traditional rivalry going back further than last Sunday's Arriva Trains Cup match.
The York-based pair were products of rival amateur clubs in the Minster city, Lloyd having come from York Acorn while Rhodes was previously a player with Heworth.
Rivalries aside, it is further proof that this city provides some quality players.
