JOHN Tindal has become the RJF Homes Beckett League penalty king after scoring from the spot for the fifth game in succession.

He was on target just before half-time as Rosedale won their divcision one match at home to Sinngton 2-0. Richard Wilkinson had earlier opened the scoring with a brilliant solo goal against his former team.

League leaders Kirkdale United won 5-2 at home to bottom side Amotherby & Swinton with first half goals by Philip Marwood, Martin Charlton and Ian Prendergast and second half strikes by William Metcalfe and Prendergast. Amotherby got one goal in each half.

Duncombe Park, second in the table on goal difference with the same number of points as Kirkdale and a game in hand, won 2-0 away to Union Rovers. Both goals came in the last 14 minutes from Liam Ogunshakin. The first was after 76 minutes following a Nigel Wright free kick which was helped on by Craig Newton. The second followed a Newton cross a minute from time.

Old Malton 3rds scored their third successive victory, winning 1-0 at Aislaby United thanks to a goal by Dannu Bulmer after 80 minutes with a superbly struck left-foot shot.

In division two Heslerton Reserves, in mid-table, won 3-2 away to second-in-the-table Ampleforth, who took the lead after 20 minutes. Matty Cass equalised from the penalty spot after being fouled.

Five minutes into the second half Curtis Drummond put Heslerton ahead and 15 minutes from time Mark Featherstone made it 3-1 by scoring with a free kick. Ampleforth pulled a goal back late in the match.

Slingsby hit back from being three down to win 4-3 at home to Gillamoor, whose scorers were James Cook, Gary Stamper and Craig Ibbotson.

Gillamoor conceded a penalty after 55 minutes and Darren Dyer scored from the spot. Five minutes later Steve Hodgson got Slingby's second goal and Mick Todd got the equalised midway through the second half. Dyer scored five minutes from time to give Slingsby victory.

Adrian Leckenby scored from the penalty spot late in the game to give Coxwold a 4-3 win at home to Bagby & Balk. It was 2-2 at half-time, Daniel Jacques scoring both Coxwold's goals, though he was later sent off. Bagby went ahead in the second half before Jason Sergent equalised and then Leckenby got the winner.

The line-up for the semi-finals in the Ryedale Hospital Cup and Gordon Harrison Memorial Trophy competitions are now know.

In the Ryedale Hospital Cup semis will be Gillamoor v Duncombe Park, Pickering Royal Oak v Coxwold.

The Gordon Harrison Memorial Trophy semis will be: Kirkbymoorside Reserves v Duncombe Park, Old Malton 3rds v Sinnington.

Kirkbymoorside Reserves easily beat Black Swan Pickering 4-0 to reach the Gordon Harrison Memorial Trophy last four, with two goals in each half.

Mike Chapman, with his first goal for the club, and Bobby Brewer scored in the first half and substitute Rob McDermid got both second half goals.

In the Ryedale Hospital Cup, Pickering Royal Oak won 3-0 at Thornton-le-Dale. Damon Cox opened the scoring after 15 minutes, his 30th goal of the season.

After 48 minutes Terry Davison scored from the penalty spot after Cox had been tripped.

Five minutes from time Matt Pedder scompleted the scoring for Royal Oak.
