That will be the rousing message to business leaders in York and North Yorkshire when one of the world's top business gurus addresses them tomorrow.
Dr Ken Robinson, expert in the development of creativity, innovation and human resources, will give his talk as the free grand finale of the York Festival of Discovery at The Barbican, York. He flew in at the weekend from Los Angeles, where he is senior adviser to the president of the J Paul Getty Center, to take part in the Creative Futures event.
