THE owner of a Ryedale skip hire firm has been fined £8,000 and ordered to pay £2,572 prosecution costs for illegally dumping rubbish at Pickering Showground. James Farrow, of Greenlands Close, Pickering, pleaded guilty to three offences under the Environmental Protection Act.
