EMERGENCY workers in York have been scaling the heights to practise their rescue skills.
Firefighters from York Station carried out exercises above the roofs of York, simulating rescuing a stricken man from a crane. The exercises took place at the Merchant Exchange redevelopment site in Skeldergate.
