A SPECIAL conference is to be held next month on "Local solutions to local problems - communities working together in North Yorkshire".
That is the theme of the annual conference of the North Yorkshire Community Development Partnership on Wednesday, June 4, at the Pavilions, Great Yorkshire Showground, Harrogate.
Rita Lawson, programme delivery manager, said: "The aim of the conference is to bring together people from the rural economy, the community and social sectors to share success stories and to demonstrate the strengths of people working together."
It will also showcase successful Single Regeneration Budget (SRB)- funded projects from across North Yorkshire and the impact they have had on the social, community and agricultural sectors of the county.
