A PAIR of games gurus came face to face at a Wetherby toy shop today.
Countdown host Richard Whiteley joined forces with former Waddington's games chairman, Victor Watson, to celebrate the expansion of the traditional toy shop in the town.
John and Kathleen Horton, of Horton and Hollender toy shop, which was established more than 50 years ago, have recently launched a website to sell their products worldwide.
Richard Whiteley said: "John and Kathleen's venture represents all that's good about a traditional Yorkshire family owned business, mixed with a forward-looking approach to toy retailing.
"As local guardians of good gamesmanship, Victor and I are looking forward to showing our support."
