HOW can York incorporate past, present and future?
On a 1907 photograph of Bootham is a sign indicating a skating rink (where the Salvation Army Citadel now stands).
If York had an ice-rink its citizens wouldn't have to go out of town - spending money elsewhere. It should be central and affordable for everyone to enjoy.
Come on York, get our skates on!
