I GATHER the Church Commissioners now have £35 billion in investments.
What a pity they could not aid our Minster in its plight.
A case of some having plenty but never enough you may think.
I applied for a free pass to enter York Minster by forwarding a stamped addressed envelope three weeks ago and have still not received a reply!
