AS someone who has to endure the misery of living next to neighbours from hell, I take exception to Councillor Potter's stance in which she objects to "welfare benefits based on behaviour rather than need" (September 4).
Why should I pay taxes to support people who choose to behave in anti-social ways? I'm talking noise, shouting obscenities in the street and smashing up communal areas. There needs to be a contract between social support and social behaviour.
